Chris Kotfila in Benin
Chris is in Parakou, Benin working with an ISP called BorgouNET that provides wireless and VHF connectivity to Northern Benin communities and students. His blog is here and also on the link at the left. BorgouNET has a writeup in the Stockholm Challenge database.
